Disciples making Disciples
Our center is more than just a rehab, it is the Great Commission. Men being discipled as followers of Christ. Called to surrender their lives and carry their cross. We believe that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life, and we seek to structure our program with this at the center. That these men only find strength against sin through the power of Jesus Christ our LORD.
Our Story
For years, Horizon Church has been committed to caring for the broken-hearted. The church has has a food pantry in Jaco Park for many years, helping meet the physical needs in the community. The expanded mission was to not just meet physical needs, but more importantly, Spiritual. To provide a program where men could get off the streets, build a firm foundation in Jesus, and go out as workers for the Kingdom.
Finca de Esperanza was started in 2025 with these mission in mind. Through the fruit of this program, we have seen already almost 20 men graduated and walking firm with Christ. With a current program size of about 40 men, we continue to share the hope of Jesus with those struggling in drugs and alcohol. Praise be to our King Jesus for the new lives these men have!
